The foundations of TURKNAS HOLDING are based on the Family Company established in 1978.

Orhan Nasli Construction Contracting Trade Company was established in 1978. It has taken its place among the leading construction and contracting companies of Turkey by developing together with the increasing technology and needs in order to meet the contracting and construction services needed by our country under the conditions and conditions of the day.

The second company, which was established in 1986 to serve in the Construction Sector, is Ortas Constrution Ltd., with him we made larger-scale state investments within the scope of our country's intense investments and business opportunities.

Founded in 1996 to work especially in the field of machinery manufacturing and steel construction commitments, Titas Cons. Cont. Trade Ltd., and again, meeting the rising trend of the day, with the understanding of serving our people at the maximum level, in 1992 with the establishment of SS Naskent Housing Building Cooperative, it reached greater goals and achieved great success.

In addition to the manufacturing sector, Ortas Metal Ltd. as a company, it started retail and wholesale sales of domestic and foreign steel pipes, sheets and profiles of all types and sizes.

Together with Millennium, we have developed our fields of activity to serve the private sector. Our application areas; In addition to the public sector, we added the turnkey construction of industrial buildings, commercial centers, company headquarters, quality housing projects, rich living environments and various detached structures for the private sector.

Entering the textile sector in 2003, Ortas Home Textile Man. And Sales Ltd.  with Turkey's leading companies on wholesale and retail sale of home textile products. We tried to create our own brand. We made a production agreement with many workshops and factories in Denizli.

The necessity of growth in 2005, creating a more effective management structure and in order to be further institutionalized; to gather all establishments and companies under the same roof with a holding structure. Orhan Nasli Construction Inc. was established.

TurkNas Construction Group has specialized especially as a superstructure project producer, and today it has a good reference list as a result of its success in applications that require high construction technology, its experience in project management, its tradition of completing the projects it undertakes on time and the importance it attaches to quality workmanship.

It started its activities in the Libyan state in 2007. After the Libya branch was opened, Orhan Libya General Contracting Inc. started to realize contracting projects for the Libyan State.

2i Foreign Trade and  Consultancy Inc.; operating in the field of foreign trade, Nasli Construction Engineering Ind. And Trade. Inc.; working in the field of project development, design and control. and Naskon Construction Industry and Trade Ltd., which provides services in the construction and marketing of special projects are added to the organization.

In 2010, Orhan Nasli Russia Inc. was established in order to distribute the risk equally by creating a balanced contract portfolio instead of being exposed to country risk. Established Moscow branch and subsidiary.

Our group, which entered the energy sector in order to reduce the risk of the sector by taking part in different sectors as well, got the exploration license in the Canakkale Ezine-Firazli-Akcakecili region in 2011 and started its first investment in Geothermal Energy production.

By investigating new conditions and job opportunities in our country, Enerden Energy Audit Inc. subsidiary was established in order to obtain EMRA license and to audit the companies producing and distributing energy. At the same time, agricultural investments were accelerated in Kaman/Kirsehir region and Bala-Beypazari/Ankara region, and Titas Agriculture and Livestock Ltd. was established.

After the implementation of the Urban Transformation Law No. 6306, NASLI Construction and Industry Inc. was established to develop contemporary and comfortable living spaces especially in the city centers.

In 2017,  JTC (Jordan Turkish Company) Inc. is established to conduct industrial investments, mining and construction works in the State of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. In addition to mining and hookah charcoal manufacturing in Jordan, the JTC group of companies includes Petra Inc., located in the free zone. The company continues to pack and import fruit juice. At the same time, JTC Group of Companies holds the distributorship and agency of many European brands in the Gulf and Middle East Region.

In 2019, the goal of information society and the fact that knowledge is as valuable as labor; MET HSE Technical Audit Training Consulting and Engineering Joint Stock Company and ACE Mediation Center Consulting Joint Stock Company were establihed.

Anadolum Fuel Oil and Mining, which joined our organization in 2020 in wholesale and retail sale of fuel oil sector, and our company Esten Turism Food Inc, it serves as cafes throughout the country under the umbrella of the TeaShop brand.

Gnosch Trading LLC, founded in the United Arab Emirates. Our company imports and exports fresh fruits and vegetables, processed meat products, fresh and frozen food in the Gulf region.

Today, we are working with our strong and dynamic structure, producing and implementing projects, in order to be a power that accelerates many different sectors such as construction, tourism, textile, agriculture, food, education, auditing, consultancy, software, logistics, informatics, legal mediation, and is the promising business of the era.
